We reside in Arizona and were in Orange County for only two days so we were thrilled to have someone quickly respond to our inquiry. The next morning he gave me and my son a complete guided tour of San Clemente and the various sub-markets in that area. An invaluable education for sure. Jason has an excellent personality, but he also has an analytical background possessing a MBA degree; thus, he understands the financial/economic/business aspects of real estate transactions as well. Our offer on a single family residence in Talega was made only after he completed: (1) an extensive analysis of comps in the area, (2) held a Zoom call with our family to help narrow our search parameters, (3) held several discussions with the listing agent to ascertain the situation of the sellers and pricing points, (4) reviewed with us the general inspection process and what licensed professionals would be needed to get a better understanding of potential problems when buying a 20+ year-old home (AC units, electrical, plumbing, sewer lines, doors and windows, fire sprinkler systems, pests, etc.), and (5) contacted local government authorities in Orange County on our behalf to make sure the sellers obtained the proper fire certification for a home located in high-risk fire area.
